Retail Computer Technician

What you'll do

• Consult with customers and troubleshoot computers, related equipment, and other store products
• recommend service solutions such as data backups, antivirus, warranties, and support subscriptions
• diagnose and document hardware or software problems
• assemble custom computers
• use technical manuals and support resources
• maintain technical certifications
• handle transactions and cash till
• track inventory and keep the department clean
• communicate service updates to customers.
