The Second- and Third-Shift Residential Staff position is onsite in Summerville, SC, paying $21–$23 per hour. Doors to Freedom provides safe places for survivors of sex trafficking to experience a transformed life. Residential staff support residents through daily routines and personal goals in a nurturing, secure environment. Second-shift staff engage residents in daily tasks and activities using a trauma-informed approach, while third-shift staff monitor safety and well-being overnight, document sleep patterns and events, and assist with morning routines.

Full-time schedule includes weekends. Requires five-day onboarding training, 14 approved continuing education hours annually, annual VSP-HT certification, and CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention certifications, plus annual training in medication administration, bloodborne pathogens, and suicide screening.
