What you'll do

• Set up machines for production runs, adjustments, and changeovers
• verify production totals and prepare shift reports
• serve as a technical resource for manufacturing processes
• oversee floor operations and escalate issues
• monitor machine performance and product quality
• troubleshoot processes and equipment with support groups
• perform minor preventive maintenance and repairs
• track shift goals
• mentor Machine Operators I, II, and III.
