The Shift Supervisor, Recovery Services, Monday–Friday Days role is onsite in West Springfield, MA, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. The role supports the GRIT recovery services program, which provides residential rehabilitation for people with substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position provides peer leadership and mentoring to residents and Recovery Specialists while overseeing daily program operations. It supports a safe, structured recovery environment through staff guidance, crisis response, documentation, resident activities, and coordination of recovery goals and transitions.

What you'll do

• Train, onboard, and support Recovery Specialist staff
• monitor service notes and daily tasks
• assist with staff scheduling
• coordinate resident appointments and transportation
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation
• support admissions, activities, recovery groups, and community engagement
• communicate resident progress
• assist with goal setting, transition planning, aftercare, documentation, policies, and drills.
