What you'll do

• Develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, provide solutions, interact face-to-face, meet sales goals, perform daily lock checks, show units, manage leasing process, accept payments via POS, complete bank deposits, make courtesy calls for late payments, perform property maintenance including cleaning units and grounds, and operate storage doors.
