Maintenance Technician I — Palmer Place & Evergreen Terrace

The Maintenance Technician I role is onsite at Palmer Place and Evergreen Terrace in Kansas City, MO. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. It includes repairs, unit preparation, preventive maintenance, and coordination with residents, vendors, and property staff.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• complete general repairs and resident work orders
• maintain curb appeal
• prepare units for occupancy, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed
• conduct quarterly preventive maintenance checks
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies as needed
• report health and safety concerns
• participate in required training and conferences
• be available for after-hours on-call work and approved overtime.
