The Wound Nurse / Shift Supervisor is an onsite role in Kenosha, WI, scheduled Monday through Friday and requiring availability for on-call duty one weekend per month. Pay is $39–$43 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform skin and wound assessments on admission, weekly, and as needed
• stage pressure injuries using NPIAP guidelines
• assist physicians with individualized wound care plans
• perform and oversee wound treatments
• evaluate progress and adjust plans
• implement preventive interventions
• document assessments and treatment changes
• supervise assigned unit
• assist nurses and CNAs
• support admissions and discharges
• complete incident reports
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications as ordered
• participate in care planning and conferences.
