Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient

Acts as clinical resource by overseeing the delivery of patient care, directs and delegates patient care assignments to home health aides and nursing staff based on acuteness of patient care needs and staff capability and anticipates future needs. Maintains clinically competent in providing direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing car
