What you'll do

• Install and replace furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
• perform startups, testing, and commissioning
• troubleshoot installation and performance issues
• meet code, manufacturer, and company standards
• maintain safe, organized job sites
• communicate with homeowners
• complete installation documentation
• help reduce callbacks
• support and mentor apprentices or junior installers as the team grows.
