The Scientist, Manufacturing Science and Technology — Purification role is onsite in Pennington, NJ, supporting the Hopewell, NJ site. Compensation is not specified. The scientist monitors manufacturing processes, analyzes trends, troubleshoots operations, and supports process improvements and compliance. The role also contributes to laboratory experiments and technology transfer activities across the project lifecycle, working with manufacturing and cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Support downstream unit operations including chromatography, filtration, viral inactivation, buffer preparation, drug-substance fill, and frozen storage
• monitor at-scale processes and report process data
• troubleshoot operations
• support laboratory experiments, data analysis, and reports
• contribute to process improvements and compliance
• prepare technology-transfer plans, gap and risk assessments, process descriptions, control strategies, protocols, reports, and continuous process verification.
