What you'll do

• explain provider selection, benefits, and plan options
• contact carriers and provider offices to resolve service issues and claim discrepancies
• document interactions in CRM systems
• guide enrollment and renewal
• maintain knowledge of plan guidelines and regulations
• support internal teams, seminars, agents, and office personnel
• assist during Open Enrollment and community networking activities.
