• Conduct scheduled home appointments, build rapport, identify customer needs and desired outcomes, propose solutions, and attempt to close sales. Prepare job proposals with diagrams, photographs, instructions, inventory, and pricing
• follow up with customers
• assist with financing and past-due payments
• attend sales meetings
• and generate leads at trade shows when scheduled.
