What you'll do

• Represent clients in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims
• manage cases through litigation and resolution
• develop legal strategies
• research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel
• take and defend depositions
• attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
• communicate with clients and collaborate with support staff.
