Member Services Associate

The Member Services Associate works onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, for $14–$15 per hour. The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA’s mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The associate provides knowledgeable, courteous service to members, guests, staff, and program participants; answers questions, reviews shift communications, and maintains knowledge of YMCA programs and facilities. The role also supports membership retention activities and helps present the YMCA as a not-for-profit, family-oriented wellness center.

What you'll do

• Provide fast, knowledgeable customer service
• greet members and participants and recognize departures
• review electronic notes and department communications
• respond to questions and concerns
• maintain knowledge of programs and facilities
• assist periodically with membership retention calls
• attend mandatory staff meetings.
