What you'll do

• Administer and improve Salesforce Service Cloud and Knowledge
• troubleshoot voice routing and agent desktop issues across Salesforce and contact-center integrations
• collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on scalable solutions and documentation
• configure Salesforce using declarative tools
• develop targeted solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, events, and APIs
• evaluate and support Agentforce capabilities
• monitor platform health, routing, automation, data quality, security, and incidents
• support Service Cloud Voice, Webex Contact Center, and Omni-Channel routing
• plan, test, document, and deploy enhancements and upgrades
• identify process gaps and optimize platform performance.
