What you'll do

• Oversee sample receipt, registration, chain-of-custody, tracking, storage, and disposition
• lead sample inventory, preparation, and distribution
• perform complex sample preparation and laboratory calculations
• coordinate compliant domestic and international shipments
• manage shipping supplies and resolve shipment issues
• support ERP, LIMS, and sample-management systems
• maintain equipment readiness
• champion GxP, SOP, quality, and documentation practices
• lead training, workload coordination, metrics, and continuous improvement.
