What you'll do

• Create and implement individualized education plans
• communicate student progress and challenges to staff and families
• prepare lesson plans for administrator approval
• participate in scheduled IEP meetings
• use individualized reinforcement techniques
• invite families to participate in students’ educational progress
• prepare quarterly progress reports
• consult with onsite therapists about behavioral and disciplinary issues
• maintain a safe, productive classroom.
