340B Compliance Analyst

The 340B Compliance Analyst role is onsite in Florence, SC. Compensation is not specified. The analyst supports HopeHealth’s current and future 340B pharmacy operations. The role assists the Pharmacy Leadership Team with program compliance, audits, claims and rebate reconciliation, purchasing and utilization monitoring, and process improvement. It coordinates with pharmacy, clinic, and other internal and external stakeholders to support compliant and efficient administration of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

What you'll do

• Support 340B pharmacy program compliance
• assist with audits, third-party administrator claims review and referrals, reconciliation, and rebate submissions
• monitor utilization records and purchasing accounts
• coordinate external compliance assessments
• review reports for missed opportunities or issues
• support purchasing and inventory
• improve 340B processes
• collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, IT, finance, compliance, and operations teams
• travel to other HopeHealth locations and contract pharmacies as needed.

Why this role

Five years of pharmacy work experience required; high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn 340B and become an Apexus Certified Expert within 24 months; pharmacy technician registration or state certification preferred.
