What you'll do

• Operate and maintain bale room equipment.
• Perform bale room waste handling duties.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Continuous standing, frequent walking and stooping, occasional sitting, crouching, and reaching/working overhead.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
• Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
