The Registered Nurse (RN) — Night Shift, 6 PM–6 AM role is onsite in La Junta, CO. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. Bluestem Village’s nursing team provides resident care guided by kindness, integrity, and quality standards. The RN plans and delivers nursing care, monitors residents’ conditions, and coordinates care and documentation in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and applicable standards. The nurse also contributes to care standards with the interdisciplinary team and initiates emergency support measures when needed.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- evaluate and monitor resident conditions
- contribute to standards of care with interdisciplinary team members
- initiate emergency support measures when needed
- coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and complete required documentation
- assess changes in physical or psychological condition
- ensure nursing histories are present in medical records.
