What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts across the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to connect platform capabilities to business outcomes.
• Monitor customer health indicators and execute mitigation strategies.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
