The Out-of-School Group Leader role is onsite at Bobby G. Lester Elementary School in the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District area of Arkansas. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports AlphaBEST Education holiday camps, which provide extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs for students. The group leader guides students through daily curriculum activities and helps maintain a safe, clean, inclusive environment. The role supports children’s learning, growth, and well-being while building relationships with families, teammates, and school staff.

What you'll do

• Lead a group of students through daily World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts activities

Why this role

Camp dates include November 23–25, December 21–January 4 excluding holidays, and March 18–26; CPR and First Aid certification and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; two years of childcare experience is preferred.
