What you'll do

• Lead daily sales operations and morning meetings
• drive new and used vehicle sales while protecting gross profit
• work deals and support sales conversions
• coach and manage sales staff
• use DriveCentric or similar CRM to manage leads and follow-up
• oversee inventory, pricing, aging, and turn rate
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• execute manufacturer incentives and sales programs.
