What you'll do

• Oversee medication access and affordability services, including prior authorizations and patient assistance
• lead supervisors and team operations
• monitor workflows, turnaround times, outcomes, and KPIs
• refine onboarding, referral, benefit investigation, documentation, and communication processes
• coordinate with clinic, pharmacy, provider, payer, and client stakeholders
• identify and address operational risks and access barriers.
