Assistant Production Line Lead

What you'll do

• Initiate line startup, including machine assembly and warm-up
• assist the line lead with training operators and assigning roles
• champion GMP and food-safety standards
• make small machine adjustments
• change machine settings using HMIs, dials, and tools
• load materials
• use manufacturing analytical software
• identify equipment inconsistencies
• clean and sanitize equipment and production areas
• fill in for other roles and the line lead as needed.
