The Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Packaging & Process role is onsite in Richmond, VA. What you'll do

• Repair equipment
• troubleshoot malfunctions using hand and power tools and precision measuring devices
• rebuild machinery subassemblies and replace worn or faulty parts
• perform preventive and reactive maintenance
• read machine schematics, parts prints, and operating and procedure manuals
• run and validate equipment after repairs
• collaborate with peers to analyze problems and implement improvements.

Why this role
