The Personal Caregiver role is onsite at client homes in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, with the listing location in Elk Grove Village, IL. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. Assisting Hands Home Care provides non-medical in-home support to seniors and others who need assistance. The caregiver helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes by assisting with personal care, daily routines, meals, and companionship. Care is delivered according to individualized plans, with travel to client locations throughout the service area.

Why this role

Flexible 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts are available, including 8 AM–8 PM and 8 PM–8 AM schedules. At least one year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required; reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance are required.
