What you'll do

• Represent issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings
• advise public companies on SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, and disclosure
• assist with equity and debt offerings
• draft and review offering documents, registration statements, and SEC filings
• conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
• coordinate deal execution and transactional workstreams
• collaborate across corporate, finance, and capital markets practices
• and develop client relationships.
