Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the specialist supports the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality management system through document control, corrective and preventive action tracking, audit coordination, calibration record review, and customer complaint intake. The role helps maintain controlled, traceable quality processes and accreditation readiness.

What you'll do

• Maintain controlled documents and revision records
• process document changes
• log nonconformities, complaints, and audit findings
• track corrective actions and verify effectiveness
• prepare CAPA metrics
• coordinate internal audits and accreditation assessment support
• review calibration records
• coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
• participate in Applied AI training for quality-system workflows.
