What you'll do

• Explain products and services, follow up with prospective customers, and explain and execute lease agreements
• answer customer questions and handle complaints
• contact tenants about past-due accounts
• communicate with other teams
• clean units and property areas
• walk the property and address maintenance issues or contact vendors
• make bank deposits
• complete auction files, tenant letters, reports, and other office work.
