What you'll do

• Assist in training and mentoring front desk associates
• greet guests and respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests
• verify room blocks, pre-registration, and room assignments
• oversee check-ins, check-outs, billing, and guest account adjustments
• manage same-day reservations, walk-ins, and future bookings
• provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• oversee safety deposit box handling and guest confidentiality
• complete daily front desk reports
• resolve guest concerns.
