This role manages new general liability claims, investigates potential third-party negligence, interprets policy language, and assesses liability and coverage. It supports accurate claim decisions and resolution through documentation and coordination with adjusters, legal partners, vendors, and investigators.

What you'll do

• Investigate and assess liability
• initiate, document, and manage general liability claims through resolution
• negotiate settlements and process denials under policy terms
• evaluate the financial and legal merits of losses
• collaborate with adjusters, legal partners, and vendors on coverage and claim practices
• interpret policy language and comply with legal requirements
• coordinate outside specialists, attorneys, and investigators as needed.
