The role supports accurate and timely payroll by entering and validating payroll and timekeeping data, reconciling calculations and reports, and responding to payroll inquiries. It also maintains payroll records and coordinates with IT on system issues and updates.

What you'll do

• Enter payroll exception and timekeeping data
• research discrepancies, make corrections, and document changes
• review payroll records for accuracy and completeness
• calculate and reconcile payroll
• validate timekeeping calculations against labor contracts, policy, and labor laws
• reconcile deductions, prepare third-party payments, and review general ledger balances
• process leave and supplemental pay
• maintain payroll archives
• respond to payroll inquiries
• work with IT to troubleshoot systems and test updates.
