The role owns accurate, scalable People Operations processes and systems, improving how employee services are delivered while supporting employees and leaders as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, payroll coordination, and employee data
• administer leave and benefits processes
• partner with Finance on compensation, payroll, and headcount
• build workflows, procedures, controls, and tracking
• oversee Rippling, Insperity, and related systems
• lead and develop the People Operations Coordinator while remaining hands-on.
