What you'll do

• Break down bulk materials and weigh, label, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and SOPs
• prevent foreign materials from entering products
• minimize waste
• record lot numbers and weights
• maintain a clean and organized workspace
• operate pallet jacks after required certification and other production equipment as needed
• use hand tools safely
• complete production and food-safety documentation
• follow GMPs, SOPs, allergen controls, and HACCP plans when trained.
