It contributes strategic recommendations, cross-platform solutions, implementations, and analytics frameworks to support process optimization and modernization.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide business analysis, requirements definition, and system road-mapping
• advise on system architecture and mentor junior analysts
• recommend digital transformation, process optimization, and modernization
• architect solutions across ERP, MES, HRIS, CRM, and custom applications
• oversee implementations, including planning, UAT strategy, cutover, and hypercare
• develop reporting strategy and analytics frameworks
• work with executive and director-level stakeholders on processes and KPIs.
