The Community Manager works onsite in Porterville, CA, and reports to a Regional Manager. The stated hourly rate range is $20–$22 per hour. The manager oversees daily multifamily community operations, financial performance, leasing, compliance, resident service, and team development. What you'll do

  • Oversee property financial performance and budgeted NOI
  • monitor property data, leasing, receipts, invoices, and monthly closing
  • recommend capital improvements and maintenance
  • support leasing and applicant qualification
  • monitor market rents and compliance
  • recruit and supervise team members
  • manage revenue, expenses, rent collection, budgets, and reports
  • oversee marketing and resident retention
  • inspect the property
  • direct service operations
  • supervise safety and risk management
  • train and mentor staff
  • maintain availability for emergencies, on-call duties, resident functions, and weekends.
