What you'll do

• Provide annual exams, acute and chronic disease management, and preventive care for a panel of approximately 1,000 Veterans
• see up to 14 scheduled patients and up to 4 walk-ins daily, in person and through VA Video Connect
• order and interpret labs, imaging, and ECGs
• prescribe and manage medications
• coordinate with specialists, social work, and the PACT team
• document encounters in CPRS
• participate in quality improvement and peer review. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Central
• no call, nights, weekends, hospital rounding, or procedures.
