What you'll do

• Lead and manage billing professionals’ daily workflow, performance, and development
• review prebills through final invoice issuance for accuracy and compliance with engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines
• partner with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve billing disputes
• oversee electronic billing submissions and troubleshoot rejections
• assist with contingency, flat-fee, and alternative-fee arrangements
• coordinate with collections and accounting to support timely cash receipts.
