Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in the overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices, and government regulations. Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors.
