Accounts Receivable Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts
• monitor outstanding balances and pursue collections
• investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and short pays
• coordinate with customer accounts payable contacts and internal Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• apply remittances and reconcile accounts
• submit invoices through customer portals
• process billing corrections, pricing adjustments, and card transactions
• provide account documents
• support process improvements and cross-training.
