What you'll do

• Support check-in and check-out and reservation technologies
• coordinate with homeowners about their needs and questions
• welcome guests and guide them through their homes
• respond to guest questions about their stay
• conduct housekeeping and maintenance quality-control inspections
• complete pre-arrival inspection checklists
• and coordinate reservations with the community gatehouse and resort club front desk.
