What you'll do

• Manage review monitoring and responses across Trustpilot, Google, BBB, Reddit, and other sites
• run the Facebook customer community and social engagement
• execute referral communications and track program performance
• develop customer advocacy and user-generated content
• compile voice-of-customer insights and share product challenges with relevant teams.
