What you'll do

• Lead the full restaurant operation and manage the guest experience
• oversee front- and back-of-house employees and managers
• manage scheduling, breaks, cash handling, reporting, cleanliness, and facility upkeep
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• monitor food safety and service standards
• address guest complaints and communicate with upper management.
