What you'll do

• Help develop the clinical model and prepare for center-based services
• oversee center-based clinical and administrative team members
• coordinate RBT supervision requirements
• monitor center and employee KPIs and quality metrics
• develop staff success plans when required
• maintain relationships with funding sources, families, and community members
• review clinical documentation
• conduct or track employee performance reviews
• complete initial assessments or provide authorized treatment when needed
• assist the VP of Clinical Operations with quality initiatives.
