What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and industry standards
• support clinical supervision and quality care delivery
• standardize policies, procedures, personnel management, quality improvement, compliance, and clinical documentation
• collaborate with the Executive Director on staff performance and development
• investigate and report suspected resident neglect or abuse
• collaborate on staffing needs based on resident care levels.
