What you'll do

• Conduct legal due diligence on corporate documents and collateral
• prepare and review commercial loan documents in LaserPro
• support commercial real estate loan closings, including participations and syndications
• coordinate with bank officers, specialists, and outside counsel
• prepare loan disbursement instructions
• review attorney-prepared documents, collateral searches, insurance certificates, and regulatory forms
• track and resolve post-closing exceptions. Attorney II also manages commercial and standby letter-of-credit portfolios and post-closing processes, maintains procedures, and guides team members.
