What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare produce and meats, measure ingredients, monitor temperatures, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• line cooks prepare and cook food to recipes and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, and set up and break down workstations
• dishwashers maintain the dish machine and clean dishware, utensils, and cookware.
