What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients
• manage administrative duties and records

• collect copays and balance daily batches
• schedule appointments and verify information
• handle calls
• obtain in-office referrals
• verify insurance and authorizations
• scan and index records in the EMR
• coordinate tasks with clinical staff
• maintain a clean environment.
