What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers
• follow site procedures for access control and emergency response
• respond to incidents and alarms
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas and surrounding spaces
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report suspicious activity
• prepare daily activity and incident reports.
